Instead of using purified water, this toner contains 74% Potentilla Chinensis Extract, native to Korea and known for its soothing and healing properties. Lactobionic Acid (PHA) acts as a mild exfoliator, removing dead skin cells for a smoother skin texture. Toner has a slightly acidic PH that is non-irritating for sensitive skin. Free from artificial fragrance.
